In 1999, Keith and his wife, Nancy moved to Port Aransas as full time residents. An active pilot, Keith served as the former chairman of the Mustang Beach Airport Advisory Committee. He is currently President of the Casa Del Cortes Home Owners Association, an elected member of the Port Aransas City Council, a member of the Coastal Bend Council of Governments, the Texas Municipal League, the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Corpus Christi Board of Realtors.
